Fresh, local and full of flavour and sunshine
Meals here are a feast for the senses — colourful, plentiful, and made with love. Our host Hatice prepares traditional Turkish dishes using locally grown, often organic ingredients, many from her own garden. Every bite is fresh, vibrant, and unforgettable.
Breakfast is served on the garden terrace by the river — fresh crusty bread, eggs, pastries, homemade yoghurt, local honey, seasonal fruit, jams, and endless glasses of Turkish tea.
Most days we eat on the boat — long, lazy lunches or dinners of freshly made vegetarian or vegan meze, crisp salads, and a barbecue of chicken, meat, or fish, followed by sweet, juicy fruit as the day winds down. You’ll also have the chance to enjoy a couple of evenings at our favourite local restaurants — the perfect way to taste even more of the region’s flavours.
