Our glass-fronted forest studio, warmed by a crackling fire, is the heart of our daily yoga and meditation. Morning and evening sessions with Fiona flow gently with the season’s rhythm — grounding, opening, and restoring. You’ll sink into sound therapy with a transformative gong bath, walk through silent winter forests with a local guide, and gather for fireside meditation in our cosy teepee. Every practice is surrounded by nature, wrapped in warmth, and free from distraction — a space to truly breathe.
